We organize our 400 CNC machines into groups, with each group dedicated to the long-term production of a specific part category (e.g., hydraulic fittings, adapters, and ferrules). Operators and machines develop a deep familiarity with the part characteristics, ensuring a long-term stable CPK (Process Capability Index) of 1.33 or higher.Integrated deburring and chamfering
Residual burrs are a major concern for hydraulic components. We embed precise chamfering and micro chip-breaking parameters directly into our CNC programs, reducing burrs at the machining source rather than relying on manual cleanup afterward.Result: The 1st part and the 10,000th part you receive will have consistent tolerances, the same feel when checked with thread gauges, and identical installation torque.
