Our 250-member team spans R&D, CNC precision machining, QC, logistics and international sales, with refined job division ensuring seamless workflow across all production stages.
Our competitive edge lies in advanced processing equipment: equipped with 400 CNC lathes plus 10 high-precision machining centers, we operate full-automatic mass-production lines. From raw material cutting, precision turning and thread forming to deburring and final assembly, all processes are numerically controlled to improve dimensional accuracy, output efficiency and batch consistency, eliminating drawbacks of conventional manual processing.
Supported by complete equipment and mature production management, we accommodate both bulk standard orders and small-batch customized items. Standard fittings are produced in mass quantities as scheduled, while custom parts based on customers’ drawings or samples can go through rapid sampling and formal production.
